In a step reflecting the success of the urban experience and its capacity to inspire other governorates to replicate its pioneering model, the management of the New Dhi Qar City real estate developer project received the member of the Basra Provincial Council and Chair of the Economic Development and Investment Committee, Mrs. Atyaf Al-Tamimi, accompanied by an official delegation from the Dhi Qar Provincial Council comprising Engineer Rawasi Al-Jabri and Mr. Ahmed Farhan Al-Khafaji.
During the visit, the delegation reviewed the preliminary engineering designs, expressing great admiration for the exceptional workflow, administrative streamlining, and modern systems that render the city a genuine, sustainable, and accessible housing opportunity for all.
Al-Tamimi emphasized that the project represents an effective vision for resolving the housing crisis, extending the successes achieved in Wasit and Karbala, and revealing that the Basra local government will soon announce details of its own real estate developer project inspired by these pioneering experiences. For its part, the management of the New Dhi Qar City project expressed its appreciation for this visit, affirming its keenness on cross-pollinating national visions to deliver the finest services to citizens.
