In line with efforts to advance digital transformation and provide advanced financial solutions, the management of New Dhi Qar City has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Qi Card Electronic Payment Company and the Lamassu application to launch an installment financing system for citizens. The signing took place in the honorable presence of the Governor of Dhi Qar, Mr. Haitham Al-Hamdani, alongside Qi Card representatives, Mr. Omar Leilman and Mr. Ibrahim Mustafa.
A representative of Qi Card stated that the partnership agreement with the New Dhi Qar City real estate developer project represents a qualitative leap, given that it is one of the largest mega-projects in Iraq, while praising the modernity and sophistication of the systems implemented at the sales center.
For his part, the Governor of Dhi Qar reaffirmed his full support for such development projects, emphasizing that they offer a tangible solution to successive housing shortages and align closely with the strategic program adopted by the federal government.
